Stop Puppy Mills

Puppy mills are like dog-making factories—mother dogs spend their entire lives in cramped cages and when they can no longer breed, they are discarded or killed.

Those who purchase puppies from pet stores are often unknowingly supporting this cruel industry.

Help Little Nova Receive Pelvis Surgery

Nova was found in a parking lot under the car of one of Gingered Blessings Animal Rescue staff. The little kitten didn't look like he would make it. He couldn't use his back legs and was severely underweight. Veterinary x-rays showed his pelvis broken in 5 places and a respiratory infection. Little Nova was put on antibiotics and pain meds and began to improve, but he could not pee or poop on his own so staff had to express his bladder. With care and rest, Nova's vet had hoped he would heal on his own, since he was far too small for surgery.Unfortunately instead, Nova'™s pelvis shifted and surgery became his only choice, even though he was only 1.5 pounds.

You can help. Just $25 goes far toward Nova's pelvis surgery and recovery.
