About a year and a half ago I had to euthanize my little Phideaux, one of my two senior citizen dogs. This past January, just a couple weeks shy of her sixteenth birthday, it was time for my beloved BooBoo to go as well.

Within only a couple of days the hole in my heart was so big I knew I needed to get it filled. I went to and started looking for a couple of puppies to help deal with the hurt and loss. There I found the brother-sister pair that I refer to jokingly, sort of, as the Holy Terror Twins.

Nikko and Cookie, like most puppies, get into things they shouldn't and have done some damage to the kitchen furniture. But I wouldn't change the decision to bring these two precious rescues into my home and my heart.

Thank you Ordinary Miracles Canine Rescue in San Antonio for allowing me to bring these two rambunctious, cuddly babies into my life.
