I'm very sorry to see a negative review to a Item that is intended to be sold to help a person in need. The money is helping people that need a helping loving hand.

I love the colors of the Zulugrass necklaces. They are versatile and beautiful. I like to wear naturally dyed clothing and these necklaces are perfect accessories for those pieces. Knowing that they are fairly traded from Kenya makes them worth the price. I grew up reading about the Leakey family's work in Kenya. Being able to connect to that family and the work of this younger generation is a great privilege. I will buy more Zulugrass necklaces in the future. I did buy more and want to say that I totally love the elephant color. I thought it would be grey, but it's a gorgeous brown with a wine tone and purple and green beads.

Love Zulugrass jewelry! Durable, endless colors. $10 for one strand is a very fair price. Fair trade from a reliable source and sustainable. Very versatile. It just doesn't get any better! I have many and will get more.

Absolutely LOVE these necklaces. They do look delicate, but the elastic string that the zulugrass and beads are strung on is very durable. I love that you can wear these strands like necklaces, bracelets, anklets, even hair decoration. They're very colorful and very cute. I really love the snake one, too -- so pretty. p.s. no offense, but... Anyone who looks at just the lady's neck in the photos above and doesn't actually look at the other pictures of the necklaces themselves... seriously?? Anyway, Greater Good has changed the explanation of the item for people who I guess are shopping too quickly to really pay attention? *shrugs*

Many necklaces on The Hunger Site consist of multiple strands and yet they are considered a single necklace. Rather than "Only one necklace," you might write "Only a single strand. . . ".

I also was disappointed with the necklace. It is very delicate and beautiful, but, you would need to purchase very many of these to get the look in the picture. Either sell them in packages of 10-25 or change your description.
