This is a lovely, well made pendant and looks just like the photo on website. Had a problem with the snake chain I ordered but this was sorted in no time by customer services who are helpful, courteous and polite (all you want in a company). Wish I had ordered the rope chain now and may purchase this soon. Have had lots of compliments when wearing and would highly recommend.
